Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies tailored for construction projects. * Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. * Provide guidance and training to construction teams on safety protocols and procedures. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with construction health and safety legislation and industry standards. * Provide expert advice on health and safety measures for the duration of a cutting-edge project. * Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures. Qualifications: * More than 1 year experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in the construction sector. * In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to conduct effective safety training sessions. * NEBOSH or relevant certification is preferred.
