Graphics Programmer - STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (relocation supported) Gathered and Found are excited to be partnered with a fantastic, creativity-led AAA studio in Stockholm. They are developing their first game mdash;a narrative-driven, open-world, AAA revenge story in Unreal Engine 5. With a team of under 100 people, they prioritise quality over quantity, drawing talent from top studios like Avalanche, CD Projekt Red, and Rockstar Games. Instead of being siloed, those who join will play a key role in the development of their first game, providing a high-degree of autonomy to contribute toward the full lifecycle of the project. The Role: A Graphics Programmer will evaluate tech and tools that realize the ambitions of the game across quality and performance, and produce code across the experience - especially pertaining Rendering and Graphics Technical challenges aplenty and they use Unreal Engine 5 to push boundaries of visual fidelity and rendering in the game across PC and Console. You will collaborate with fellow programmers plus Lighting, VFX and others - finding satisfaction in performance and creative solutions The Stack: * C++ * Unreal The role is for you if... * You have experience in game development on AAA console or PC games, tailored towards Graphics and Rendering. * You have professional knowledge of a C++ based game engine. * You are a person that has a keen interest in rendering that enjoys cross-functional collaboration and thinking. * You have previous experience in overcoming challenges and ambition to continuously push technology, whilst optimizing performance * You enjoy building from the ground up- you revel in the challenge of overcoming new tech and facing known unknowns
