Children #39;s residential Team Leader will require: Minimum one year working with children/young adults in the education or care sector in a Team Leader role within the UK (essential) Level 3 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent (essential) A full UK driving licence (desirable) An understanding of the importance of safeguarding The Residential Home can accommodate children up to 18 years of age. Due to the nature of this post the Department for Education National Minimum Standards state that the employees must be 4 years older than the oldest resident. Therefore, applicants must be 22 years of age or older.
