No experience necessary as full training qualifications provided. Complete your Level 3 Diploma in Health Social Care - Fully Funded by the employer. Duties You would be working within a Supported Living environment which provides support for Young Adults who have learning disabilities. This fantastic service provides support education for younger adults with profound, multiple learning disabilities. You will support with: * Life Skills the opportunity to reach their full potential. * Personal Care needs inc personal hygiene and dressing * Activities - Shopping trips, leisure activities, hobbies * Assist with Therapies inc Hydro Therapy, Sensory rooms. * Support with Music and Art in the Skills centre * Ensuring good bedtime routines and sleeping patterns. * Ensuring any medical needs are followed. * Ensure that you create a safe environment for both the Young Adults your work colleagues. * Recording information and administration.
