This full-time, long-term position is available for immediate start and will last until the end of the academic year. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in a school setting. A clear and current DBS check registered on the update service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents.Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students who require assistance with behaviour management. Implement and monitor individual behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and SENCO. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and respected. Act as a role model and mentor for students, guiding them towards making positive choices and building self-esteem. Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies as necessary to ensure consistent support and intervention for students. Keep accurate records of student progress and behaviour incidents, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
