Do you have experience working with students with challenging behavioural needs? Are you a Behaviour Mentor available to trial/interview ASAP? If you answered yes to the questions above, then this Behaviour Mentor position is for you! The Role ndash; Behaviour Mentor Qualiteach are looking for 2 passionate, experienced, and supportive Behaviour Mentors to join one of our East London primary schools to support KS1 students with behavioural needs. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be doing group interventions wit6h groups of up to 5 students and planning sessions and activities to promote positive behaviour and working as part of a team. The role of the Behaviour Mentor is for a support assistant with experience supporting students with learning difficulties and behavioural issues and will consist of the mentor acting as a strong role model to the students. The role is an immediate starting position and is a long-term, full-time role for a minimum length until the end of the academic year.
