Essential Qualifications for Registered Nurse - Recovery: bull; NMC professional registration. bull; Registered Nurse (Level 1). bull; Awareness of research and evidence-based practice in the clinical setting. bull; Essential airway management skills. bull; Clear understanding of pain and pain control. bull; Evidence of Continuous Professional Development. bull; Intravenous Therapy Skills. bull; Interest academic ability to undertake further training within a particular specialty. bull; IT skills and experience in the use of computers. Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse - Recovery: bull; Provide and maintain the highest standard of nursing care for patients and their families. bull; Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and patient-centered handovers. bull; Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes and proposing necessary adjustments to the care plan. bull; Direct and participate in the maneuvering and positioning of patients. bull; Ensure effective communication among healthcare professionals, promoting harmonious working relationships and safe practices. bull; Administer oral drugs and undergo relevant drug administration training. bull; Contribute to the safe custody, storage, and control of all drugs at ward level. bull; Develop progressing knowledge of common conditions, their management, and treatment. bull; Assist with the safe care and custody of patients #39; property and valuables. bull; Implement nursing procedures in accordance with Clinical Governance policies. bull; Collect statistical information, participate in audits, and attend educational audit processes. bull; Act in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and contribute to investigating complaints/untoward incidents.
