Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established, Tier 1 contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with RC frame residential experience. This contractor operates across both the public private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between GBP25Mil - GBP150+ As the Senior Site Manager you will be in charge of a team of 3 Site Managers, 2 Assistants and 1 Trainee and will report directly to a Project Manager. The project is a residential new build with a project valuation between GBP25-30Mil and is based in Hayes. Your background will need to include a strong track record assisting in successful GBP30Mil+ new build projects. If you are a Senior Site Manager, with a proven background of managing residential new builds and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
