Job Title: Senior Site Manager - Internals Our client is an established residential developer operating across London. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the internals and fit-out aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of internals and fit-out works. Manage and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables effectively. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly. Implement health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to optimise resources and resolve any conflicts or challenges. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to internals and fit-out activities.Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on internals and fit-out. Extensive knowledge of internals and fit-out processes, materials, and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
