Required Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to new build projects. * Knowledge of public sector or custodial projects would be advantageous. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment. * Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be desirable.
