The Compliance Lead in Brighton will be responsible for ensuring that the company #39;s compliance is up to date for all departments following all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to lead and support staff, and to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders. Monday to Friday 40 Hours a week 09:00 to 17:00 Full timeIdeal Candidate Some experience working in a compliance/nursing/care role, preferably in the healthcare industry and specific hospitals. Mental Health knowledge. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Familiarity with care plans, nursing, dementia, and mental health care. Strong IT skills Strong administration and organization.
