Responsibilities of the role Generate new leads look for new business opportunities Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations Maximise branch profit Motivate and drive targets Implement a growth strategy within the Lettings business Manage performance Influence a result through effective team management motivation The ideal candidate will: Have a strong background in Estate Agency and Lettings. Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of motivating influencing a team Have extensive knowledge of a Lettings business ndash; ARLA or equivalent qualification. A good track record of sourcing new business and maintaining relationship connections.
