Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management of facilities maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements. Utilise your technical background to oversee and evaluate maintenance activities, providing technical guidance to the team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to address their needs and expectations effectively. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, using your experience or high-level knowledge to navigate and optimise contract performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Requirements: Technical background with experience in facilities maintenance. Proven experience or high-level knowledge in managing PFI contracts. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships. Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
