This move is designed to bring together the various global regions to consolidate and enhance operational systems and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Vision: Drive the implementation of forward-thinking business plans. * Financial Expertise: Develop financial and tax strategies, overseeing budgeting processes. * Operational Excellence: Lead accounting, finance, and insurance functions, optimising workflows. * Financial Insights: Offer valuable financial insights and support company projects. * Risk Management: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage insurance, and work with external auditors. Qualifications: * ACA/ACCA qualification with at least five years of post-qualification experience. * Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. * Experience in multi-national business. * Proven ability to work independently and embrace new technologies. * Knowledge of FX management and, ideally, experience in IPO or listed companies.
