Providing a professional, agile and bespoke journey for both the job seeker and employer Body Shop Panel Repair Technician Required Job Role: As a Panel Technician you will be responsible for body work repair or replacement, including trim. Repairing damage in line with manufacturer guidelines. Stripping assembling following all correct techniques/ procedures to the highest manufacturer standard. Experience/ Qualifications: * Background of Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair role * Experience on Jig work * Fixtures and welding * ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable. Package/ Benefits: * Salary dependent on experience GBP40k- GBP42k. * A monthly profit share bonus is paid with efficiency being met. * OT available with rates at x1.5 for first 4hrs and x1.25 for hours after 4. * Flexi start time * 24 days Holiday plus bank holidays, goes up with service, maxes at 28. * 40 hour week. * Pension Scheme * Opportunities for Career Progression * Company Events Company: Founded in 1988 the Bodyshop is an Industry leading prestige automotive repairer, with numerous prestige high end manufacturer approvals as well as exclusive restoration projects.
