Develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team and other stakeholders. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support students #39; social, emotional, and academic development.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with students with SEN preferred. Strong understanding of different SEN profiles and strategies to support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
