Our client who has built their reputation for over 40 years are looking for aCritical Mechanical Engineerto join their Reactive and Planned Maintenance Team on a Data Centre Site based in North West London. The successful candidate will be required to work aDays Monday to Friday and will be rewarded with a GBP 45,000 salary. Duties: : Ensure environmental conditions are maintained at all times together with 100 uptime of all M and E critical building systems. : Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical andelectrical systems as a member of the 24/7 on:site team at the Data Centre. : Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks : To monitor the Data Centre environments for changes in condition and identify the cause and provide report to the Team and Customer on the cause and effect. : Assist in ensuring 100 uptime of Customer Data Centres. : Following the move into the building (shell and core), supporting contractor/engineers activities such as isolations, connections, work permits, etc : where required. : Maintaining systems and assets in a data driven environment, using new digital tools and platforms (training will be provided). Must be flexible and embrace new and emerging technology and techniques. : Completing logbooks and RAMS : Attending client meetings : Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.
