Our client is a residential contractor with a current order book of GBP600m. They have a number of residential projects within London, and are frequent nominees of the prestigious ldquo;Contractor of the year award rdquo;. They have an extremely low staff turnover and have appeared in the top ten contractors to work for in the nation. An exciting long-term opportunity has arisen for am internals bias Site Manager. They are looking to add to their current project team picking up units from 1st and 2nd fix The role will involve overseeing the internal works on a range of apartments from 1st and or 2nd fix, through to handover. You will be overseeing between a large number of apartments at any given time so previous experience of similar responsibilities is essential. Your day to day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Progress reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.
