Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations. * Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems. * Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
