Job Role: Wood Machinist Location: Leicester Shift: Days Pay Rate: GBP15.00-GBP17.00 per hour Depending on experience Benefits: Free on-site parking, cycle to work scheme, company events, centrally located, good transport links. The Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Wood Machinist to join our client based in Leicester due to continued growth. You will be working on high end commercial bespoke joinery projects. The Bench Hand Joiner Candidate: Experience of working with furniture or bespoke joinery experience - Desirable Experience of using a Thicknesser and Planer - Essential Experience of using Dimension Saws, Rip Saws and Cross Cut - Essential Experience of using Spindle Moulder, 6 Cutter, Teneoner - Desirable Ability to read technical drawings Ability to comprise, read and interpret cutting lists Work in a safe manner, adhering to company procedures Good communications skills A team player with a strong work ethic. Able to work amongst a team. The Client This is a manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation based in Leicestershire.
