The Company - Production Operative Our Client, based in Armathwaite, CA4, are a unique blend, a pioneering FMCG company with ambitions to grow and share their passion. Following a decade of ongoing investment and development they are looking for Production Operatives and Machine Operators to join their team offering excellent salary of GBP36,000 per annum. Job Specification - Production Operative * To be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available. * To ensure specification sheet is followed at all times. * Ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with Company hygiene requirements. * Feed all line equipment with required materials. * Participate in line equipment changes as required. * Identify and rectify basic faults. * Ensure that the bottling equipment is maintained; feed machines with materials and undertake changeover for new SKUs. * Highlight any consumable shortages to avoid unnecessary downtime. * Ensure daily production programme is completed in the most efficient or priority order and react to any changes in the programme. * To assist in the training of other colleagues. The ideal candidates will possess: * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable although training is provided * Self-motivated, dedicated, resourceful, adaptable and flexible * Team player with good communication * Punctual * Possess a good level of literacy and numeracy * Ability to work 12-hour Day and Night shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)) 4 on 4 off basis The Benefits - Production Operative * Salary equivalent GBP36,000 with realistic OTE up to GBP40,000 per annum * Saturday and 5th shift paid GBP18.30 Days and GBP20.74 NightsSunday shift paid at GBP24.40 Days and GBP26.84 Nights * Career progression * Free car park * Permanent after 12 weeks * Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern gives you more days off or overtime opportunities!!!
