Event operations manager catering

Job Title: Event Operations Manager Salary: Up to A GBP 36,000 + Overtime Location: London Our client is a unique event catering company who are looking for an Events Operation Manager to join their friendly team. The Events Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations of all events making sure the highest level of customer service is achieved. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or someone looking to take the next step up. What you will get: * A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 36,000 * 28 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) * Overtime payment for evening event work, TOIL for weekend shifts * Company pension scheme * Free meals on duty and uniform provided * Childcare Vouchers Key Responsibilities * Maintain and build relationships with key accounts, venues, and suppliers. * Attend site visits and menu tastings. * Operational event planning, booking and training staff and organising equipment. * Represent the company at industry events. * Overlook the operational running of events and helping colleagues on an ad hoc basis. What do we require from you? * Previous experience in event management ideally within an event caterer or an events venue. * Demonstrate excellent team work. * Great interpersonal and communicational skills. * Pro:active, with lots of initiative and energy
