MES PAS-X Engineer - Cork Due to major business expansion, we are currently seeking experienced MES Engineers from Junior to Lead positions with expertise in Werum PAS-X systems. You will be joining our managed service teams in pharmaceutical or biotech industry. What will I be doing? * You will be creating business process flow diagram for pharmaceutical product recipes based on the paper batch record or source documents. * You will be leading a team of Engineers (for lead positions). * You will gather MES Site specific requirement analysis to develop URS and FRS. * You will logically breakdown the recipes/Mfg. process to configure the recipe in to Werum PAS-X * You will develop MBR design elements and workflows in Werum PAS-X for repetitive use in MBR creation to expedite the process. * Gather master data and configure in Werum PAS-X Development/Quality/Production Environment. * You will be involved in integrating Werum PAS- X with SAP and other automation systems using standard interface component of MBR design. * You will work with business process SMEs on design sessions. * Designing MBR/recipe equipment workflow/ status diagram based on the Business process flow. * Creating solution design and configuration document. * Preparing key user training documents and impart key user training. * Providing assistance in business SOP creation. What you will bring: * A Bachelor rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or Engineering field * Total 3+ years of hands-on experience on MES Products. * People manager/ team lead experience (for lead roles) * Werum PAS-X product hands-on experience for Full application configurations including interface with SAP and automation systems. * In-depth of knowledge of Bio Pharma processes * Master Batch Record creation in Werum PAS-X experience. * Knowledge on Industry Standards S88 and ISA S95 * Pharmaceutical validation concept * cGMP and GDP standards and GAMP Standards About us Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world #39;s leading professional services companies, transforming clients #39; business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
