Project engineer mechanical

We are currently recruiting a Project Engineer for Construction Products on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing multiple building systems and products. These include offsite construction/MMC panelised and modular building systems manufactured from light gauge steel, hot rolled steel, concrete, ICF, and timber, along with new construction products. Main duties and responsibilities: * Conduct technical assessments on innovative construction products. * Provide guidance on UK and Ireland Building Regulations to company clients. * Provide technical advice to clients re innovative building systems, and their ability to meet legislative requirements. * Facilitate and supervise building product or system testing on behalf of Clients. * Develop innovative construction products and building systems for company clients to meet their brief. * Assist clients achieve certification of their products/building systems * Assist with implementation of product development strategies for new and existing Clients. * Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines. * Enthusiastic, and resourceful with a can-do attitude. * Highly service-oriented with good people engagement skills.
