There will be an opportunity to work in daily, weekly, short, or long-term assignments, which in some cases can lead to a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities Assisting the class teacher in the teaching and day to day running of the classroom. Supporting children individually or in small groups with their learning journeys, providing guidance and encouragement. Assisting with the planning and preparation of resources Helping with activities and play-based learning opportunities. Working with the class teacher and colleagues to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Providing feedback to the class teacher on children rsquo;s progress and any concerns observed during interactions.
