Accounts assistant

This is a great role with a well regarded Milton Keynes based company. As their team grows, they seek an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Management Accountant (with a dotted line to the FC) your responsibilities include: Role Profile: * Overseeing all aspects of AP * Supporting AR and Credit Control * Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns * Supporting month end leger reconciliations * Daily Monthly bank recs as well as customer supplier accounts reconciliations * Dealing with supplier queries * Addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders * Other administrative related tasks Key skills: * An understanding of accounting ledgers (debtors creditors) * Experience with transactional accounts, principally AP. * Organised and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail. * Experienced using Microsoft Excel daily, and all round IT skills. * Some understanding of payroll processes would be ideal If you #39;re an experienced Accounts Assistant, or Transactional Accountant, are keen to develop your financial responsibilities, and want to work in an inclusive and positive environment, please apply right now
