Human Resources Officer Edgbaston GBP35,000-GBP40.000 Purpose of Job The HR Officer with be an HR Generalist role, supporting on developing and implementing all HR policies and administering robust HR processes; and provide direction and support to the Chief Executive and management team, advising on guidance and HR law. Key Tasks: Working under the direction of the Chief Executive, this role will carry out the following tasks: 1. HR Strategy, Policy and Procedures 1. Develop an annual HR Action Plan to work towards the Board rsquo;s Mission and Key Goals. 2. Use feedback from the annual HR audit and staff satisfaction surveys to inform the HR Action Plan. 3. Develop and regularly update all HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practice and changes in HR law. 4. Communicate changes with the Club rsquo;s management team and ensure policies are implemented fairly and consistently across the organisation. 5. Develop a staff training programme to support the Club rsquo;s Vision and personal development. 6. Respond and support complex queries that require expert HR advice and guidance 1. HR Administration 1. Provide HR administration and support to the Chief Executive and management team including: 1. Maintaining the HR database 2. Employee recruitment 3. Employee relations 4. Employee training development 5. Employee induction Experience Previously worked in a HR role * HR administration * Minute taking * Microsoft Office applications * ER Case loads * Redundancy * TUPE * Use of HRIS Qualifications * Business administration qualification * HR CIPD Level 3 qualification Skills * Discretion and to be trustworthy with confidential information * Time management and problem solving skills * Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Ability to work alone and plan own workload and flexible with the needs of the business
