Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office in Gateshead on a full time basis. You will need to be passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Working Days: You will be required to work full-time The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered: Basic salary GBP23,000 GBP30,000 OTE (Uncapped commission) Ongoing training support Career progression Free Parking Mileage covered To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have: At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator Strong customer service skills Driven and passionate about property Friendly approach Team player Must be highly self-motivated A driving licence and own car As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve: Successfully negotiate offers Drive the business forward by offering great customer service Greeting buyers vendors Sales Progression Registering customers Matching requirements arranging viewings Calling out new properties General Administration duties Due to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
