As a TA, you will play a crucial role in a 1 to 1 position ensuring that the student with special educational needs receives the necessary support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs. Assist in planning and implementing differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles. Support students in developing essential life skills and independence. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a sense of belonging and self-confidence. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff. Qualifications and Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
