HR Business Partner Manchester City Centre Hybrid working offered with travel Salary up to GBP55k plus benefits Fixed Term Contract | 12-18 months Medlock Partners are pleased to be partnering with a global leader in the entertainment and leisure sector on identifying talented and creative HR Business Partners for the team. This is an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Business Partners who can provide support for a period of 12-18 months. In this position, you will partner with managers and stakeholders across multiple sites with Central Manchester as your base. A hands-on and varied remit with input into projects, whilst also developing those strong stakeholder relationships across the business and inputting into the ER piece. Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: * Reporting into the HR Director, you will be a true Business Partnering to the business and will support the team in driving the People Agenda across the business. * Seek out, develop and nurture stakeholder relationships with Manager and Senior Leadership teams, challenging and influencing as appropriate * Coaching and guiding the management population, sharing best practice and encouraging a high performance culture * Lead and support on employee relations - working directly with manager and also providing advice to more junior members of the HR team * Take a lead on projects which may include Mobilisation/Tupe and Systems Implementation * Support on ED I and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year Key requirements of the HR Business Partner: * You will be a strong HRBP with a well-rounded generalist skill set and the ability to support with operational and strategic responsibilities * You will be able to work in a fast paced environment * You will have high energy, strong influencing skills and the ability to take the initiative with a creative approach to HR * Ability to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships * Flexibility to travel to other sites when required * Experience working in the retail/hospitality/customer service focused industries would be highly desirable but this is not essential * Systems implementation or TUPE experience are both highly desirable Benefits offered: * Salary up to GBP55k * Fully expensed travel * Private health care and Healthshield cash plan * Life Assurance 2 x salary * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus the option to buy holidays If you are interested in this HR Business Partner position and feel your experience matches the criteria, then please apply now for immediate consideration or for more information please contact Kerry Norman.
