Digital project manager

My client is an award-winning creative digital studio that builds bespoke products using content and technology to connect people. Their field of play is sport, ecommerce and B2B working with rights holders, federations, clubs, major brands and SMEs. You #39;ll be joining a small, close-knit company who work with Tier 1 clients to realise their vision and deliver game- changing products to market on a global scale. Each project is driven by a dedicated, cross-functional team of PM/Design/UI/UX/Development experts who collaborate closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver benchmark quality digital products and solutions. As a Digital PM, you will drive point on your projects. Working with key stakeholders, design and development leads, you #39;ll help shape the product and be responsible for end-to-end delivery. You will be a champion of product and project management and strategy for each of our clients. A bit about what you would do hellip; middot; Work with a cross-functional team to deliver agile and waterfall software projects that meet both user and business goals middot; Establish clear and timely communications with stakeholders in order to manage the delivery of projects and timelines middot; Work with stakeholders and project leads to shape product strategy, define requirements, and create roadmaps middot; Break down the product vision into smaller, incremental deliverables such as tasks, epics, and user stories middot; Help the team meet deadlines and adopt agile delivery methods middot; Lead meetings such as stand-ups, refinements, demos and retros middot; Participate in discovery workshops and design sprints helping clients realise their vision middot; Focus on client needs to facilitate continuous product improvement, through post-delivery analysis middot; Work with senior team leads to improve best practices for delivery of digital projects This role may be for you if your experience sounds familiar hellip; middot; Possess 4+ years as a Project or Product Manager working in a product-driven company or agency middot; Successfully delivered software applications in an Agile/Scrum environment middot; Worked on projects over GBP100K middot; Experienced and at ease in a client-facing role middot; Proven experience working with 3rd party suppliers and multi-agencies middot; Interested in tech and sport and what can be achieved together middot; High level of organisation with impeccable prioritization and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines middot; Calm under pressure, able to anticipate and solve problems middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey and distil complex information middot; Solid, integrity-first sense of responsibility and ownership, and commitment to delivering best practice and values middot; Motivate and influence the project team middot; Play nice with others, enjoy being part of a smart, collaborative cohort but equally a strong self-starter, able to work independently middot; Enjoy working in an international team where kindness and ingenuity are valued; and ego is not middot; Keen to bring your brains and creativity to the table, identify opportunities to improve our products and grow with us Nice to have: PM/PRINCE 2 certification or demonstrated experience using AGILE, JIRA, Waterfall, etc
