The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, professional team with an impressive pipeline of projects spanning across the Defense, Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors. The company offer a flexible, hybrid working policy, working from the office 2 days per week, and have cultivated a positive working culture that prioritises its people. Key Responsibilities include: Liaising directly with clients Managing junior members of the team Running Design Team Meetings, reporting on cost control matters Cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and commercial reporting Managing large complex projects with responsibility for project cost controlThe Senior Quantity Surveyor Good pre and post contract knowledge / ability to run projects to completion Client facing QS experience working within a UK Cost Consultancy RICS accredited degree Ideally MRICS or working towardsIn Return?
