Events administrator

Starting 7th May 2024 until end of June 2024 Could be permanent for the right candidate 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday GBP12.40 per hour Must be DBS checked on the Update Service Our very busy school in Rugby is seeking an organised, capable individual to assist in their events department. Main Tasks * Assisting with management of sports events - transport, catering, medical provision, accommodation * Logging and processing invoices and expenses * Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries * Maintaining diaries * Organise meetings * General admin Person Spec: * Must have at least 2 years working in a busy office * Previous events experience a bonus * Excellent organisation skills * Sound IT skills - Microsoft Office * Clear communicator * Previous experience of working in a school environment preferred Please call us for an informal chat about the role.
