KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Sales Engineer / Drives Motors / Industrial You will work with new and existing customers managing End Users and OEM #39;s. You #39;ll be the focal point of contact for our existing customers, account managing their expectations to provide after sales customer service and sound technical advice and providing strong support to our external sales team in the field too. In addition, you will: middot; Account manage the expectations of our existing customers to cover all their needs, requirements, providing customer service and technical support. middot; Provide excellent support to our external sales team in the field. middot; Be customer facing where needed to build stronger relationships with our customers. middot; Provide accurate quotations where applicable. middot; Ensure accurate records are maintained on our CRM systems. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Engineer / Drives Motors / Industrial As our Internal Sales Engineer, you #39;ll have: middot; A technical / engineering qualification either through an apprenticeship NVQ/ONC through to further education covering HNC/HND/B.Eng/M.Eng in a subject to include: Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic engineering. middot; Had solid customer facing B2B experience in a suitable role. middot; Worked with appropriate technical products / systems. middot; A full driving license as you will be encouraged to be customer facing in time.
