This is a long term position (temp to perm). Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (temp to perm opportunity) Location: Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 Hours: 8:45am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Salary: GBP75.00 - GBP82.00 per day As a Teaching Assistant at our mainstream primary school, you #39;ll play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering our students with SEN, providing personalised support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include: #xFFFD; #xFFFD; Assisting SEN pupils in various subjects and activities, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles. #xFFFD; #xFFFD; Supporting the inclusion and integration of SEN pupils within mainstream classroom settings, ensuring they feel valued and supported. #xFFFD; #xFFFD; Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress and development. #xFFFD; #xFFFD; Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
