Sous chef live in 3 rosette

Sous chef required for a Great standard Restaurant Hotel in the Cotswolds, with live in available if required. This kitchen uses fresh food, 3 rosette level and standards, GBP37.5k basic salary + GBP3500 service charge live in. (GBP41k package) The role we are looking for a sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen of this rosette level kitchen, you will love the food and produce here. You will support the chef de parties to ensure each section is ready for service, you will run the pass if the head chef was off and jump into any sinking sections etc. This role will cover all the normal sous chef duties.
