What you will do: Collaborate and support with daily inbound calls from brokers regarding registrations and support with any mortgage technical queries Subject Matter Expert on lending policy, procedure and the navigation of the intermediary website and mortgage broker portal Central point of contact for our brokers, mortgage underwriters and operations teams Ensure broker liaison tasks are up to date on a daily basis by contacting all brokers with outbound calls and emails where necessary Identify opportunities for BDM appointments and promoting of our virtual events Support the management team to implement change and innovation, as well as coming up with game changing ideas about how we can improve systems and processes for our customers And... we are a bank so risk is a part of everything we do.
