Technical Support Consultant (HPC/Linux) – Remote working/On-Call - £60,000 - £80,000 Oho Group is partnered with an original Silicon Valley start-up that was begun from a rented Palo Alto garage, built the foundation for a company that would grow to become a global leader in enterprise technology. They are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join the team to provide Hardware and Software support for a large HPC (High Performance Computing) systems for a prestigious UK customer located in the Heathrow area. You will be working as part of a dedicated team to deliver preventive and reactive support which will also require taking part in a 7x24 hour on-call rota to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement, and when not on call you will be fully-remote. Requirements: Obtained degree level or equivalent. 5 years of experience of HPC systems or Linux Systems. Experience with parallel filesystems, such as lustre, is desirable.
