Onsite it support technician

We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IT Support Technician to work for our reputable client based in Langley, Berkshire. As the Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be working closely with the Network Manager ensuring the day-to-day IT operations run smoothly and effectively, managing incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure. The Onsite IT Support Technician will be working closely with the current team and in conjunction with the remote helpdesk. Experience in G-Suite, Windows 10, Office 365 and IT troubleshooting are key for this role. Ideally, you will already have 6+ months of commercial experience as an IT Support Technician.
