Offer personal care assistance to identified clients. Play an active role in assessing and managing client risk in a calm and clear manner. Manage client meetings and facilitate the involvement of Client Inclusion and Training representatives. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures regarding medication management within the facility. Assist in managing the referral process to achieve agreed occupancy levels within the service.
