Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager with extensive experience in cut and carve projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of construction contracts, with a particular focus on overseeing the intricacies of cut and carve renovations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage multiple cut and carve projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective strategies for successful project delivery. * Oversee contract administration, including procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiation. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: * experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on cut and carve projects. * Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction contracts from inception to completion. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. * Sound knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
