Data Analytics Manager - E-Rostering Daily Rate: GBP273.00 (Inside IR35) Contract: 3 Months Hours: 37.5 Office Location: Enfield, London /Hybrid Working Parity Group is delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious NHS organisation, that is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager with E-rostering experience. You will be working in partnership with the Workforce Information Manager to ensure that expertise is connected, and the workforce systems all integrate (initiating interoperability). Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of Workforce Information Systems and Temporary Staffing to ensure the deliverance of obligations concerning the National Levels of Attainment for e-Rostering and e-Job planning. Lead the triangulation of the organisations workforce systems and data. Responsible for ensuring a high-quality Rostering service is available throughout the Trust. Ensuring the provision of a high-quality, timely and cost-effective roster system and associated support function. Providing leadership and focus for the project team, promoting the service across the Trust and ensuring that risks are managed, and benefits are realised. Provision of expert knowledge, skill and leadership in the specialty area of roster management.
