Hospitality Manager Required for New Luxury Care Provider This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality management experience to join a luxurious elderly care provider. This role is with a new provider with experienced owners, leading the way in developing a new approach to care homes. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Your role will be to ensure the hospitality function of the care home is to a high standard and to ensure residents receive a high-quality service. The role includes but is not limited to: Line management to Chef, Housekeeping Maintenance staff Maintaining the home to the highest standards. Organising hospitality related services for residents. Staff rota management. Ensure all hospitality services adhere to compliance standards. Budget management. Requirements Previous experience in a Head of Hospitality role within a luxury setting. Experience within the care home sector is advantageous. Understanding of industry regulations and compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
