Team Leader (Supported Living) Wisbech GBP33,117.96 per annum Permanent -Full time (37 Hours) Join Our Team and Make a Difference in Wisbech! This Team Leader position in our homeless-related service will enable you to lead a team of Community Support Workers helping individuals during periods of crisis. Situated in the market town of Wisbech, you #39;ll find yourself immersed in a community where every action your team take truly makes a difference for your customers. As the Team Leader, your mission is clear: to enhance the lives of those we support. You #39;ll spearhead our support services, ensuring a consistently high standard of professional help is provided to help our customers to improve their lives during periods of homelessness or crisis delivering a tailored, and customer focused approach. In this role you will have varied duties which include. * Inspiring and motivating your team to provide a heartfelt service to our customers. * Ensuring each customer receives support reflective of their needs. * Promptly addressing safeguarding concerns, complaints, and incidents in accordance with policy. * Minimising void properties by working with partner agencies to swiftly re-let vacant accommodations. * Maintaining accurate property/tenancy records * Collaborating with residents and agencies to ensure tailored support arrangements. This role represents a good natural progression for individuals already holding experience within supported living at a Team Leader level seeking new challenges, or those wishing to progress towards. We will also consider applicants with transferable skills of helping customers with complex needs.
