Job Title: Administrator Location: Redditch, UK Position Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation. From managing administrative tasks to assisting with resident inquiries, your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional service to our community. You will be required to cover a temp absence for 4 weeks or possibly longer. Start Date: 25th March 2024 Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events. Using Sharepoint, answering emails, enquiries from site team. High degree of accuracy needed for managing documents. Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records and databases. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Qualifications: Previous administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
