Multi trade carpenter

Looking to recruit Multi Trade Carpenters to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around Essex areas on a permanent basis Offering up to GBP36,000 + van and fuel card and overtime Responsibilities: Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry, remedial plumbing and patch tiling etc, all within a social housing setting You #39;ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training) working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experienceRequirements: Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (ideally) Experience of working in Social housing propertiesIf you would like to hear more about this role or are interested please attach an updated cv and we will be in touch Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
