One of the largest single UK investments for Arla Foods. middot;We process approximately 1.2 million litres of milk daily; producing over 100t of award winning cheeses, such as BOB, Castello Tickler, alongside butter and whey powder You rsquo;ll Spend Your Time middot;Fault finding and troubleshooting across varied PLC controlled equipment - Fillers, Labelers, Packers, Conveyors systems, Chillers, Compressors and so on middot;Driving PPM and servicing activities and other proactive maintenance strategies middot;Projects; driving improvement projects and modifications You rsquo;ll Will be working on This will be working on equipment including; Milk pasteurisation, homogenizers, separators process systems, cheese vats, blenders, slicers, packers, weighers, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, trolley packers. Palletisers, de-palletisers, conveyor lines (chain, spiral), robots, vision systems, spectrum TX rejection system, Xray checkers, industrial dryers, chillers, compressors. Original equipment manufacturers (Siemens, Krones, Tetra Pak, SPX flow, ISOMA, Hueft, Nepas, Alpla Grunwald) What you rsquo;ll need in order to be successful in the role * Ideally will be Time Served/Apprentice trained or proven experience with fast paced manufacturing environment * Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within Manufacturing, Production and Process environments * Ideally you will have experience with fast- moving machinery, pumps, valves, inverter drives, sensors, relays, PLC rsquo;s (Siemens), Site Services (steam generation plant, chilled water systems, compressors, processes), CIP systems (chemical cleaning plant) * Computer literate ndash; SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, HMI rsquo;S Please apply using the link or reach out to Alex Tyrrell at Arla
