Job Summary: As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and education to children, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters children #39;s growth and well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children. * Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities and curriculum to meet individual children #39;s needs. * Observe and assess children #39;s development, identifying areas for improvement and planning interventions. * Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication. * Maintain accurate records of children #39;s progress, attendance, and incidents. * Ensure the nursery operates in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. * Promote good hygiene and health practices among children. * Collaborate with colleagues to plan and participate in team meetings and training sessions. * Act as a key person for a group of children, developing strong relationships and ensuring their individual needs are met. * Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery. Qualifications: * Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education). * A valid and up-to-date DBS check. * Pediatric first aid certification. * Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A passion for working with children and supporting their development. * Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
