Site Manager ndash; Residential * Main Contractor * GBP16m New Build Residential * Temp to Perm - GBP250 per day * Start date: 19th April 24 * Tottenham We are currently searching for a Site Manager to join a GBP16m residential project based in Tottenham. The scope is for someone to join on an 8-week temporary contract with a view to then move over to a permanent contract on a neighbouring project thereafter. The initial 8 weeks will be spent supervising piling and groundworks on the project while the neighbouring project is being set up. The Role: * Ensure health and safety compliance on-site. * Develop and manage project plans and schedules. * Monitor and control project budgets. * Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. * Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders. * Manage human and material resources efficiently. * Proactively identify and address project issues. * Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. * Ensure environmental compliance throughout construction. * Foster positive client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Required: * 3+ years rsquo; site management experience in the new build residential sector. * 360 build experience with ability to take a project from groundworks through to handover. * Essential tickets: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and TWC. * Availability to start on the 19th April 2024.
