Salary up to GBP60k The Company: You will be working for a privately owned developer based in Kent who are currently delivering a luxury 18-unit development with a further 10-unit development, priding themselves on delivering the highest standards with multiple projects set for the future. You will be managing a team of assistant Site Managers and manage all aspects of the projects, ensuring its completion within budget and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress forward into a contracts manager role in the future. Responsibilities: Oversee, organise and direct on-site construction activities Uphold compliance with H S regulations Develop and maintain project schedules and costs, implementing cost-saving measures as required Conduct site inspections Prepare and submit project reports Coordinate and Supervise a diverse team of subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.Requirements: Previous Site Management experience in timber frame housing CSCS SMSTS 1st Aid at work Strong leaderships and problem solving skills This role will come with a salary of GBP60,000 with additional benefits, aside from the monetary benefits there is a great opportunity for the right person to progress to Contracts Manager.
